Results International was founded over 15 years ago, when several like minded coaches and consultants joined to pool their resources because they wanted to help businesses in the UK harness the genius in their people to assist them during a time of profound change that was occurring across organisations in the UK and further afield.
Over the years we have honed, tested, evaluated and continuously improved our solutions. In the early days we focused predominately on coaching in the areas of sales and service using acetates and rudimentary materials, we now coach, train and consult using proprietary games, materials and cutting edge technologies in broad range of areas including Cultural Shift, Leadership Development, Profiling, Development and Assessment Centres and Sales and Service.
We have always believed that coaching and training should be fun, challenging and transformational in all areas of the delegate’s lives and we have maintained this magical ingredients in all our solutions from the date of our inception to today.
