Vodafone Retail was no longer ‘Number One’ in their chosen market and they decided to do something about it.
Vodafone wanted to increase the reputation, standards and sales success in all of their stores, to do this they needed to achieve a fundamental shift in the culture in their stores and this had to start from the top down.
The Agreed Solution
Working with the Leadership team and the internal Learning and Development team, Results International conducted a short and intense period of research, observing both frontline employees and Leaders in situ.
Results International then designed a ‘Senior Managers’ programme consisting of a five-day ‘Commercial Awareness and Performance Leadership’ workshop for Store Managers, a two-day ‘GFPAC – Sales through Service’ workshop followed by an internal ‘Coach-the-Coach’ workshop to ensure skills and behaviours were sustained in store.
The Result
The innovative interventions that included Coach-It Notes, Speed Dating and GFPAC, meant that the programme was a huge success. Morale and retention of key people has been unprecedented as has been the sales performance and NPS scores.
